Who we are

B.A. Construction & Restoration Inc. was incorporated in 1997. It started as a subcontractor of larger firms and became a contractor in 2001 with the outstanding stone installation done at the Casino Rama Hotel and Entertainment Centre.
Its owner, Andrew Seider, has been involved in masonry installation and restoration since he came to Canada in 1985. His business experience goes back to the late 80s, when surrounded by partners that later sought different ventures, he led the heritage stone repairs done at the Penitentiary, the Royal Military College and the Armoury Base in Kingston, Ontario.
In 2001, Paul Seider joined the firm specializing in the field of historic restoration.
Gradually, Paul took over the most challenging projects in Heritage Restoration, with remarkable work done at George Brown College, St. Thomas Aquinas CS and Toronto Public Library Dufferin - St. Clair Branch.
For more than two decades, B.A. Construction & Restoration Inc. has been performing outstanding work to preserve buildings and landmarks that shape Ontario's legacy.
Samples of B.A's superior workmanship are the Heritage Restoration works performed in several buildings belonging to the University of Guelph, the City of Mississauga, the Town of Southampton, the Toronto Public Library, the City of Brampton, the Town of Fort Erie and the Toronto Hydro Corporation, among many other prestigious institutions.
